Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on software testing, including functional, non-functional, and automation testing.

• Teach testing tools and techniques, such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.

• Facilitate hands-on practical sessions to simulate real-world testing scenarios.

• Provide mentoring and support to trainees, ensuring they gain the confidence and skills to succeed in testing roles.

• Continuously update training materials to reflect industry trends and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Test Analyst or in a related role.

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
