In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in IT business analysis, focusing on both foundational and advanced concepts.

You will work with individuals transitioning into tech roles, helping them gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel in business analysis within IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training programs in IT business analysis, including requirements gathering, process modelling, and stakeholder management.

• Tailor training content to meet the needs of diverse learners, from beginners to advanced professionals.

• Use various training methods, such as classroom instruction, workshops, and online learning platforms.

• Assess and provide feedback on learner progress, ensuring course objectives are met.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance training materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst and Business Analysis Trainer.

• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK, Agile).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to engage and inspire learners in a dynamic environment.
